The villa overlooks the sea and the corniche road, and enjoys a panoramic view.
Its charm and location remain preserved; it now benefits from the urban environment of the sought-after Cap Brun district, which allows very easy access to the Mourillon beaches, the coastline, restaurants and all amenities.

The villa is located in the commune of Toulon, in the Cap Brun district, historically an area of wine-growing or holiday properties. It is very easily accessible by road, with a free public car park 50 m away and a bus service to the beaches or the station.
There is also a private car park in front of the house entrance and you can also drive a car into the property. The garden is on terraces, so there are steps to climb to reach the house terrace.
The villa is situated on high ground and set back from the coastal road, which gives the impression of overlooking the sea. The environment is urban but exclusively residential, without any disturbance, so it is peaceful.
The beaches are at the bottom of the corniche road, it is very easy to get there on foot in 15 minutes, or by car in less than five minutes. For parking, there is an immense free car park.
Below the house on the other side of the headland, a five-minute walk away, you'll find the coastal path: be careful, the stairs to access it are a bit steep but accessible, even for young children.

There is a free private car park in front of the house entrance, one can also park their car on the property which is closed by a gate. There is a bus service 50 m away on a public car park that goes to the beaches or the train station.
